About Creativo
Creativo is a film development platform. It takes a screenplay and returns the four things a project needs before anyone will finance it: an analysis, a pitch deck, a valuation and a teaser.
What makes the numbers real
The difference is not the writing, it is what the writing is checked against. Creativo runs on datasets built for this and maintained continuously.
- 52,000+ comparable titles: films indexed for matching, 46,000 of them released from 2015 onward.
- 276 festivals: with 98,000 selections indexed since 2019, so a submission plan is built on what each one has actually programmed.
- 51 countries with film incentives: credits, rebates and funds by jurisdiction, with the rate, the cap and the eligibility threshold.
- IFTA revenue waterfall: territory by territory on the IFTA International Schedule, so a valuation is not a single worldwide guess.
Dataset sizes measured September 2026.
Where the figures come from
Every market figure carries the address of its primary source and that source's publication date: national film institutes, government bodies, unions and collective bargaining agreements. Figures that are estimates are labelled as estimates.
A number without a cited source and a date does not enter the database. Sources are re-checked on a schedule, so a rate that changes is caught rather than quietly aging.
Standards
Creativo's data model is aligned with the formats the industry already uses, so what comes out fits into what a producer, a financier or a sales agent already works with.
- MovieLabs OMC: the data model follows the Ontology for Media Creation.
- EP Movie Magic: budgets follow the Entertainment Partners chart of accounts.
- IFTA: territory weighting follows the IFTA schedule.
